Продавец был очень вежлив всегда отвечал и продлевал защиту,поэтому оценку за это снижать нельзя, он же отправил, а то что кто то подороге задержал не его вина. Сам прибор работает, сна, пла испугалась что нет, но потом видимо разгорелся и пошли вспышки. Насколько эффективен не скажу пока. Сделала 1 раз,на 5 режиме, тепло при вспышке чувствуется, волосы у меня не обуглились как на фото др. Покупателей, приложила фото, но они у меня не черные, может по этому. Дополню отзыв через 3 месяца, надеюсь что результат будет. Довольна, 1 сеанс в салоне стоит дороже чем этот эпилятор
