We estimate that you will be able to receive your item within 7 ~ 15 days if you’re located in USA, UK, Europe, Canada, or Australia. If you’re located outside of these countries, the estimated delivery time is within 7 ~ 20 days. Please note that orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. If there are any significant delays in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Our return and exchange policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item within the 30-day period, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item or exchange it for a different one.
