Ondaum World Affiliate Program Terms and Policies
Eligibility:
To participate in the Ondaum World Affiliate Program, you must be 18 years of age or older.
Ondaum World reserves the right to refuse or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at our discretion.
Program Management
The Ondaum World Affiliate Program is operated via GoAffPro, a leading affiliate management platform. To join, you’ll need to set up an account at goaffpro.com. This platform will handle all aspects of tracking, commission payments, and support for affiliates.
Application and Approval:
Prospective affiliates must complete the online application form accurately.
We will review all applications and notify applicants of their acceptance status.
Approval is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to reject applications for any reason.
Affiliate Responsibilities
As an Ondaum World affiliate, you are expected to:
– Advertise Ondaum World products ethically and in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
– Use only promotional materials that have been provided or approved by Ondaum World.
– Keep your affiliate link and account details confidential.
– Focus your marketing efforts on the specified regions: United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), Canada (CA), Australia (AU), European Union (EU) countries, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), South Korea (KR), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Qatar. Ensure that your promotions adhere to the laws and regulations of these targeted locations.
Commissions:
Affiliates will earn a flat 5% to 10% commission on the sale price of each product they successfully refer.
Commissions are calculated based on valid, completed sales made through the affiliate’s unique tracking link.
Commissions are paid out when the affiliate’s account balance reaches a minimum of $100.
Payment:
Payment will be made via the preferred method specified by the affiliate during registration.
In cases where a payment method is not available or feasible, we will provide alternative payment arrangements on a Bank-by-Bank basis.
Payments will be processed promptly, typically within 15 or 30 days after the end of the month in which commissions are earned.
Tracking and Reporting:
Affiliates can access real-time tracking and reporting through their affiliate dashboard on the Ondaum World website.
It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that their tracking links are properly implemented.
Termination:
Ondaum World reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for any violation of these terms and policies or for any unethical or harmful practices.
Termination of an affiliate will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Changes to Terms and Policies:
Ondaum World may update or modify these terms and policies at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
Affiliates are responsible for reviewing and complying with the most current version of the terms and policies.
Confidentiality:
Affiliates may not disclose confidential information obtained through their participation in the program, including customer information, sales data, or any other proprietary data.
