Ondaum World Affiliate Program Terms and Policies
Eligibility:
To participate in the Ondaum World Affiliate Program, you must be 18 years of age or older.
Ondaum World reserves the right to refuse or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at our discretion.
Application and Approval:
Prospective affiliates must complete the online application form accurately.
We will review all applications and notify applicants of their acceptance status.
Approval is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to reject applications for any reason.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
Affiliates are responsible for promoting Ondaum World products in a legal and ethical manner.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and marketing.
Affiliates should not engage in spamming or unethical practices when promoting Ondaum World products.
Commissions:
Affiliates will earn a flat 5% commission on the sale price of each product they successfully refer.
Commissions are calculated based on valid, completed sales made through the affiliate’s unique tracking link.
Commissions are paid out when the affiliate’s account balance reaches a minimum of $100.
Payment:
Payment will be made via the preferred method specified by the affiliate during registration.
In cases where a payment method is not available or feasible, we will provide alternative payment arrangements on a Bank-by-Bank basis.
Payments will be processed promptly, typically within 30 days after the end of the month in which commissions are earned.
Tracking and Reporting:
Affiliates can access real-time tracking and reporting through their affiliate dashboard on the Ondaum World website.
It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that their tracking links are properly implemented.
Termination:
Ondaum World reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for any violation of these terms and policies or for any unethical or harmful practices.
Termination of an affiliate will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Changes to Terms and Policies:
Ondaum World may update or modify these terms and policies at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
Affiliates are responsible for reviewing and complying with the most current version of the terms and policies.
Confidentiality:
Affiliates may not disclose confidential information obtained through their participation in the program, including customer information, sales data, or any other proprietary data.
