Refund and Returns Policy
At Ondaumworld, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. That’s why we offer a 30-day refund and returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. Some goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.
Receipt or Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are situations where only partial refunds are granted. This includes books with obvious signs of use, CD/DVD/VHS tape/software/video game/cassette tape/vinyl records that have been opened, items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@ondaumworld.com.
Sale Items
Regular priced items may be refunded, but sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@ondaumworld.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
